Lisa Kottschade, APRN, MSN, CNP, FAPO, of the Mayo Clinic, discusses the use of the mRNA-4157 vaccine in combination with pembrolizumab as adjuvant therapy for resected high-risk melanoma, which prolonged distant metastasis–free survival compared with pembrolizumab alone.
