Pentraxin‐3 Plasma Levels Correlate With Tumour Burden and Overall Survival in Patients With Primary Myelofibrosis

In a recent study, researchers found high pentraxin-3 (PTX3) plasma levels in the bone marrow of patients with primary myelofibrosis, compared with healthy participants, suggesting a correlation between PTX3 plasma levels and disease burden and overall survival.
