Patients with myeloproliferative disorders have a high symptom burden that significantly affects emotional status, quality of life, and functional ability, an international patient survey showed. The survey showed that 90% of patients reported 1 or more symptoms within the past 12 months, the most common symptom being fatigue/tiredness.
