Administration of Direct Oral Anticoagulants in Patients With Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

In this study, the authors analyzed the efficacy and safety of direct oral anticoagulants in patients treated for myeloproliferative neoplasms. Results did not show a significant difference in thrombotic or hemorrhagic events in patients treated with low-dose aspirin or direct oral anticoagulants.
