The relationship between tanning and skin cancer is a high-profile subject in the mainstream media. Yet young people in particular continue to expose themselves to dangerous UV radiation at tanning salons year-round. Editor-in-chief Pamela Hallquist Viale talks about youth tanning behaviors and salons that don’t always play by the rules.
