ABSTRACT
A recent article in the Chicago Tribune revealed systematic failures among many retail pharmacies in detecting drug-drug interactions. This begs questions of what gaps exist in the current system of prescribing oral oncolytics and what advanced practitioners can do to keep patients safe.
